Terms And Conditions
1. No payment = No order.All sweeties have to make payment first before we can send in the orders.
2. Sweeties who cannot wait please do not order. It is because times are needed to send in orders, wait for reply, make payment to sellers, restocking and the transport time from Taiwan, US to Singapore. It is common to wait up to 1 to 2 months or more.
3. PLEASE double check your items, make sure they are the correct size, colour and URL before sending us the orders. We are not responsible for any issues such as incorrect in the size, colour and the quality of the items.
4. PLEASE note that we are also not responsible and will not refund for any defects, items missing and items not send by the sellers. PLEASE understand the risk involved.
5. PLEASE note that we are not responsible for any lost of the concealed cash send via mail to the sellers. Therefore if there is any lost, payment had to make again if most of the sweeties still want to buy. PLEASE understand the risk involved.
6. We are also not responsible for any damage and missing mails.

8. The fixed exchange rates are as follow:1 USD = 1.6 SGD, 1TWD = 0.055 SGD.The fixed exchange rates are not determine by us but by the banks and the money changers.
9. We will be collecting $1 as the handing fees per item. Half amount of the handing fees will refund if your items are out of stock. Full amount will refund if spree that is close due to poor response.
10. We will collecting initial shipping fees $3 per item for Taiwan sprees and $4 per item for US spree during 1st payment. Top-up is make at 2nd payment if initial shipping fees are not enough.
11. The excess of the initial shipping fees or the exchange rate will be used for other any charges or the top-up of shipping charges or refund
12. Second payment may be collected if the excess if not enough for the top-up of shipping charge and other charges. Postage fees are also collected from sweeties who want their items to be postage to their house.
13. We will also be collecting transport fee & wrapping fees( envelope/scotch tape etc)of $0.50/$0.40 for postage/meetup regardless the numbers of the items. This transport fees are not the postage fees but the fees are the fees for us to take transport to post your items.
(b) 2nd payment = Transport fees + Postage fees(if any) + Top-up of shipping fee + Other charges (EZpay, Paypal, tax, GST)
15. Other charges will be shared among equally.
16. Sweeties can collect their items either through mass meetup or by post. Postage fees are fixed by the Singpost and not us. Please refer to local postal ratesfor the postage fees. Mass meetup will be at our convience
17. Please refer the price of the item on "BUY IT NOW"
18.PLEASE note that orders that are confirmed and paid are not allow canceling and refunding. Changes are also not allowed once the orders are confirmed and paid. Although orders that have not pay, changes are also not advised.
19.Confirmation will be confirmed via e-mail.
20. Payments are to make within 3 days after confirmation through ATM transfer. Please download and send us the payment details after you have transfer the money to us.
